Juanita is an experienced real estate professional who is very familiar with the Big Island
market, particularly the Hamakua Coast. She helped us buy our home in Waimea seven years
ago and recently sold it for us in a matter of days. The whole sales process couldn't have gone
any smoother thanks to Juanita. She arranged for a professional photographer to take pictures
for the online listing as well as an outstanding video that incorporated overhead shots of the
property thanks to a drone. We had multiple offers within days of our home being listed and
an accepted offer within a week. Juanita made sure that there were no hiccups through closing
as she arranged for surveys and inspections, and was always available to meet with the

"I was very fortunate to have Juanita Montgomery and Karen Clarkson working on my
behalf to get my home sold. As a fairly new widow, I tiptoed into this process with a
great deal of trepidation but found I did not need to worry, even during the challenging
time of the coronavirus pandemic when it seemed that it would be an impossible thing
to accomplish.
As it turns out, Juanita and Karen's collective experience in this particular market and their
personal relationships with all the community resources for selling a high-end home made this
a successful transaction. From the taking of the marketing pictures (which appeared
everywhere in ads throughout the Clark Realty network of media placements) through the
